Scratch my Back 0.31 has arrived!

This update of Scratch my Back it's not focused on adding new functionalities, but instead it's focused on giving the stages full original visual art, and polishing mechanics that were already in the game. These are the main upgrades for version 0.31:

• As said before, all playable stages from the game now fully include original visual art. New visual assets and animations were implemented for coins, doors, buttons, and so on.
• The combo attack now works smoothly and responds better.
• Various bugs were fixed and stage adjustments were made.
